TG, As always I am concerned but wanted to hope for the greatest out of this already 3 year ordeal. The settlement stated that our shares would be converted 2:1, which is a good deal better even if the stock dropped back to say $2.5/ share. If P.M. is working towards the goal of finally making this the company we have been hoping for then the prospects are very bright indeed. I believe this is the case and support the company as much as I did in the beginning. Time will tell and I have NO expectations in either case as I am dealing with "dead money" at this point.
