Well I see that you have a problem checking out Madera. You need to call the Brazil Gov of Land Mgmt. They can correct you in your comprehending the information you have posted today. Your license requirements will draw laughter from them. License to plant a tree. Where did you get the idea Madera was exporting plants, they will be exporting packaged oils/powders extracted from herb plants. The Brazil rain forest contains many town where property is bought and sold. One can own land and ranch land in this area but the mineral rights Oil/gas is owned by the state. Madera (a license exporter) owns its land and pays Brazil for the selected removal of its trees. Madera will have your information about its herb line and overhead cost to pick/transport/produce/package it herbs. Do not be surprised if they ask you - why do you need such information. Is it going to may any difference once you have it? NO. Ask for a investment package from Madera if you are having problems.
