Larry, Forgot to mention, with the market flat the NEW LOWs are at 68 and the NEW HIGHs at 9. This is basicly the same ratio as yesterday when the DOW was down 200+ points. So far no improvement, and could possibly be considered deterioration in light that the the market is not down significantly. seeya
