Beyond Danielle's propensity for hyperbole ... "Heavy Insider Selling" is typically just too general. One doesn't know what the motivation of the sellers was ... option related??? if so, ordinary income on the incremental value above the strike price in a non-qualified option ... some other tax liability??? ... someone at one of these companies saying to themselves: "The market seems awfully high ... my stock is up too ... maybe I'll take some off the table?" ... perhaps, they want to buy a new home???

I saw it an thought the same thing ... I like Steve Jobs' quote.
