TO ALL,

I would like to caution people of course with " irrational exuberance "......( where have i heard that before??? oh well...must be mine )...anyway, I caution all with the excitement of a takeover rumour as we just don't know........BUT,
I recalled that Waldo had spoken about this as a real possibility in January and I dug up the update on this.......Here is the post on the Bii Website of Waldo's......

January 11th: "The reality is that this industry,
like any rapidly growing fragmented industry,
will consolidate as it already has started to.
And the targets are the fast-growing smaller companies,
like the Bid.Com(s) ... of the world."
*** "two routes are likely for smaller firms --
a mating with a retailer or with a similar company."***
"This industry is definitely ripe for consolidation,
and Bid.Com would be a target."
---Mark Pavin

Do some of the Wall Street analysts see BII as an undervalued
situation, or as a potential takeover target, or possibly both?
That is hard to say for sure.
What really matters is that they have finally taken notice.

I would tell you all that the last time I heard Waldo talk about a company as a takeover target it was ARGENTINA GOLD......this is not off topic as it was Waldo who first publicly on the thread had looked at the trading and which house was accumulating and he said that in his opinion, BARRICK would be bidding for ARP......2 months or so later........this is exactly what happened......

Now,
Waldo is not saying, as far as I can see, that BII is a nearterm target but I would have to say that if he (Waldo) thought it was possible....then it has a great chance of occuring......We'll wait and see....but don't get caught selling out just yet......this may get very interesting.
