From a lurker who knows Wayne in past life...NETD looks like a system integrator, patent IMHO is smoke, common in the Valley EOM

I spent a lot of time researching wireless for product I am building
See RIMM (RIM in Waterloo), for background for anyone doing DD
Could be good if pump/dump later pump--NETD not RIM :) eom
