Michael,

I guess the street like us has no faith in Del or the high paid management team he has brought on board.

You cannot overstate the importance of your above statement. It must be remembered that this slide from 6 1/2 in a month has happened while the Nasdaq and the Dow hit all time highs, and AFTER INPR created Borland.com. A ".com" anything has traditionally created a pop in the stock, no matter what the underlying business. Not INPR.

I recently purchased a stock called Childrens Broadcasting (AAHS). They recently sold all of their radio stations for cash. After you pay off the corporate debt, the current cash value of the company is 2 1/2 dollars per share. NOT book value, CASH value. The stock is currently trading at 1 3/4, 30% below the current cash value. How could this be?? The CEO Christopher T. Dahl is a total incompetent and everyone knows it except Chris. The concern is that he has a new "vision" for the company and will yet again ruin things. Does this sound familiar? Does anyone think Dilbert could start and fail yet another vision? Does Wall Street think this could happen again? Is this why the stock is trading below current book value? Is this why the stock could trade well below its cash value?

Faith in the CEO and senior management means more than any other single aspect of a corporation.
