Steve, It took 13 minutes to receive the fax I sent this morning. Speedy delivery is no doubt important, but what's more important is the point I brought up earlier. Once a business traveler receives a fax by email, how does he get a hard copy? Most don't carry a printer, as far as I know. Without the means to get a hard copy, the service is of little value. The concept sounds nice, but not very practical.
