Further to the previous post re tweaking my pc:

I found a program called WinTun which purports to evaluate your system and max it out. It seems complicated to run and utilize. If you don't use Internet Explorer, it is even more so. You download, run it offline, then upload, then, then,.....; my god, is Bill Gates' security guard pledged to take a bullet?

Anybody have info on WinTun? Do I need this? Is there a book on fine tuning your PC that a layperson can use?
