NTSB reports that rudder malfunction, not pilot error probably caused Pitt USAirways crash years ago. This is big for U. Probably has beneficial effect on some other carriers as well. Much less likely U will be vulnerable to round of lawsuits over this. FYI biz.yahoo.com
