Steve, another EFAX user sent me his EFAX number and we ran a test. EFAX sent out the email containing my fax about 3 minutes after I sent the fax. It was 3 more minutes before the email reached the user, but that is a function of the email system. EFAX did their job within 3 minutes, not bad.

I have had no reports of any busy signals so I assume that each user has a unique phone line.
