If you read the downgrade you will see they kept a long term strong buy on AOL, and only downgraded short term because AOL passed their $110 price. Which essentially translates into : We think AOL is great long term, and because of that we are downgrading it short term so our $110 price target doesn't make us look like fools, and we can stock up on cheaper shares while we are at it !!! JMHO, of course. KG
