Thanks for the info toowit... I am not too good at reading these things, but here is what I think I got out of it... 1) name change to e-vision.com, good... 2) reverse split up to 1:20 (in prep. for NASDAQ listing? just a thought...) don't know if this is good or not good... 3) increase shares by 5 million in option plan... not sure about this one either, but usually options don't have immediate effect on float, do they?? Would appreciate any insights you or others have... BTW, I couldn't find a date on this, but looks like it first was released 3/15, so if this is the reason for the big drop today, why now, and not then? Thanks!!
