Spoke with the company today. they seem like very sincere individuals but are realistic in their expectations. As a start up the have to build a sales team and introduce the product to the market palce. Long term expectations are good but getting all the pieces in place will take time with any start up. Should be getting some good news at the end of march re: ralston project. This could be a good marketing coop and shorten the sales cycle. Do any of you on these threads talk to anyone in the know besides yourselves. Sometimes I get the impression we are all just a bunch of wishful thinkers cheering ourselves on. Stop reading headlines and start doing homework. The biggest contribution we can all make to each other is to call the companies and relay the impressions of management. Don't stop with the pr firms. I have always found the CFO"S of puplic companies to be a good source of information. This usually means making alot of calls to get through, but it is worth it for a first hand impression of what is happening. TPPI management feels there are no strict competitors for the service they provide. However, potential customers have to believe in the technology to buy it and it is new. The sales cycle may be protracted but good long term prospects. Lets start calling these companies and sharing the info. I also spoke with APPI today and I am impressed with their story, but they are small (5 employees) and have a long row to hoe. Incidentally TPII has 15 employees. My corporation is bigger. Anybody want to buy some stock????
