Flodyie, Gerard is adamant that SFLK started off with 10 Millions shares...

and that investors seem to have confused the Float of 5 Millions shares and the outstanding of 10 Millions. He recommended that I get the 15c211 form, which shows just that and I have requested it from NASD. It would seem that your shareholders list is incomplete.

In any event, even with 10 Millions shares, which is what I used in my calculations, the shares should, IMO, be worth $18.00, based on the $12 Millions gross sales/3.6 Millions net earnings of their projections (without counting extra potential income from the compression technology) and a standard PE of 50 for this sector. Please, review following post for full details:

Actually, I now hope that the shares could go lower, so that I can start buying a few thousand more. So, be my guest Flodyie. BTW, you must have requested the 15c211, you always do! What does it say?

Regards, F. Goelo + + +
