So what about the additional $3,000,000 in equity they said they had to raise in 1999 and the additional $7,500,000 million in equity they had to raise in 2000? I dont know what there plans are for raising this capital. Usually its done at huge discounts to the market. They said to meet those sales projections they needed to do this. It is in the business plan that you have dated 12/2/98. Go back and ask Dogboy DiAmaro that question. Also ask him about the other 6 assumptions they have in the business plan. Also ask him about sales of SFLK thingyamagigs year to date. Ask him how are things going with the SEC? ASK him why ITOY and SFLK have the same pothetic I.R. guy.
