My feelings on this, from what little experience and knowledge of current events that I have, is that the bombing should stand alone as a sign to Milosovic that NATO doesn't like what he is doing, unless we plan on waging a war more drawn- out and ugly than Vietnam, because the resolve of Serbia seems to be to fight resistance until every last soldier is dead. I would hate to see us "enforce the peace" against the Yugoslav army and Serbian special police with this type of resolve.

Serbians still vividly remember how NATO had a role in the expulsion of 260,000 citizens from Krajina and Western Bosnia not long ago and hatred and strong nationalism run very deep, and I venture that it will, even if Milosevic were to be no longer.
