Kelton, I only 2 second moves. Bombing can only inflict limited pain and make Milosolic a local hero standing up to NATO.

1. Send in troops and tanks. We will pay a very heavy price if done and may have no results in the long run.

2. Back Down. In the end this is what will happen unless Milosovic caves in early. I don't see Americans having the stomach to take much pain over this issue.
