Non-Operating Items:

Bob: Good question. I usually include all revenues but exclude non-operating expenses just to give the benefit of the doubt to the company. This isn't technically correct, but I'd rather err on the side of conservatism than vice versa. On Abacan, for example, I rounded off every negative financial ratio to zero for the very same reason.
