Why find homes for people that are not currently needed ? I don't think AOL got where they are by not watching the bottom line. Netscape was a seperate entity that was taken over by AOL. Now it is AOL, but it wasn't before.......Therefor, AOL will do things differently then what was done before. Many of the workers are moving over to SUNW.....many are simply not needed anymore, due to the merger and re-structuring of the Co's. I have complete faith in Steve Case and AOL and have no doubts they are making the correct decisions. Under these circumstances, I don't think 8% is even the slightest bit extreme....I totally expected it. Regards, KG
