Teltran International Announces
Signing of Major VoIP Agreement

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 24, 1999--Teltran
International (OTC BB:TLTG - news) today reported that it has
completed negotiations and signed an agreement with a major US telecom carrier to provide
international termination of voice, fax and data transmissions using Teltran VoIP Service.

The agreement is for one year with automatic renewal. ''We are pleased to be recognized by the
international telecom community and look forward to providing the finest VoIP service in the industry,''
said Peter Biagioli, Teltran's Vice President Sales & Marketing.

Based on this agreement and other existing agreements, Teltran anticipates revenues in excess of $10
million annually. Byron Lerner, Teltran's President & CEO said, ''With our current contracts and
others we have out for signature, it appears that my previous projection of $30 million in revenue with
an earnings per share of $.30 will easily be met, if not exceeded.''

Provisioning of the necessary capacity to handle the volume has already begun and live traffic is
expected to begin within thirty to forty-five days subject to third party installation both in the US and
abroad.
