TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1997--The Cerplex
Group Inc., a leading provider of high technology outsourcing
services, disclosed today that its common stock (symbol CPLX) is now
traded on the OTC Bulletin Board.
The shares were moved from the NASDAQ National Market on Feb.
20, 1997, because the company's net tangible assets fell below
NASDAQ's minimum requirements. This resulted from a variety of
factors which were previously disclosed in the company's Securities'
filings.
