Actually I checked on that 144; it was definitely NOT a company insider; was a guy who bought Private Placement stock cheap a couple years ago. Just needed some dough, most likely. You got to use your head in these situations and not get too bummed out everytime a 144 occurs. You should see Microsofts 144's; they will scare the bejesus out of you. Billions of dollars of 144 sells. A trend is one thing, but one or two is nothing alarming.
