Probably Berman or Patrowitz dumping what they have left.
.003 seems to be a sell price. Remember these stocks tend
to double report on the number of shares traded.
5 mill shares should require a SEC reporting form, more than 10%
of the last known number of shares issued. This would apply to
companies that are still in business. I don't know if the rule
applies to abandoned shells. The only reason I could see for the
MM to buy shares would be to cover their shorts on this stock.
The Market Makers are the only ones who can profit from this stock.
WARNING: It would be cheaper to send your money directly to the MM
than to buy this stock.
