I've re-read the SEC filing and the press release, and although it is cool they raised the money, I cant understand the pricing they gave these people. Unless the financing was 4 months old back when GDNO stock was much lower. Also, does anyone know if the 10 million shares are "new" shares or "existing" shares? peace
