Re: $25 is a stretch. Take a look at this.http://www.tradepbs.com/pbscgi/hstqtetd XYLN traded @ $16-17 about 60 days before the $37 buy out offer was made. Investors have bought FORE for up to $26 in the last 9 months and some have paid more than that if you go back a couple of years. I don't think the management will sell for under $30. I don't know that they would be assured stockholders approval under $35. IMHO. Ray
