ray - i didn't understand the link in the context of your comment - "no institutional selling."

mutual funds are required by sec to report their activity twice per year. they can do it whenever they want so long as the two reports occur at least 6 months apart. any fund ownership changes will occur long before you and me learn of them.

ctxs does have a pretty large fund sponsorship.

one more thing about theories (as long as we're at it:) the computer-software-enterprise industry group (as ranked by ibd) has been performing poorly as of late. it has been dropping steadily for weeks. look at other stocks in the same industry group - they also exhibit weakness. movement of a stock's industry group is largely responsible for movement of the stock itself.

it doesn't help that ctxs has taken on a load of debt either. that represents a claim on future earnings.
