I truly hope there is substance to this rumour however, IMHO if there is no substance to this activity it only serves to increase apprehension regarding WSP and plays into the hands of opportunists looking to drive it down tomorrow or the next day. I'm much happier with a slow and steady advance based on substantive change in value or a reduction in risk. The story of the boy who cried wolf comes to mind.... if this proves to be hype, it is reasonable to assume that after the fallout there will be more apprehension and less aggressive buying when the next opportunity presents for the stock to advance. FWIW
