Slayter's selling of shares were probably related to his departure from the company. He is going to join Raj Ragavan of Virtual Chips fame at Sicore. Probably a good fit for everyone and from what I have heard was amicable. The big news is his replacement; David Everett is re-joining Phoenix as head of the division. He had left Phoenix in late 1997 to become a CEO of a startup that was later acquired. David is first rate and is well thought of within the company. He works for David Frodsham, COO. When I worked for David Everett, Frodsham worked for Everett in Europe. Regards - Dan
