Look at all the recent deals announced - DSP Communications, Hughes, Nortel, Harris, Juniper Networks, Nexabit Networks, Kyocera, 3Com, Sagem, not to mention more recently the $16B Dell and $3B EMC deals ! And the doors are open for lots more !
And with all the technology announcements (and being delivered on-time/early!) - Copper Interconnects (speed, efficiency, reliability, lower cost, less power, etc.), Silicon Germanium (comm's.), Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI: speed, efficiency, etc.), Giant-Magneto-Resistive (GMR) Head technology (highest # bits/area in the world on HDD's, improved read rates, etc.). The list goes on, and on, and on......(sounds like the Energizer Bunny!).
IE..................Revenue GROWTH !!!!
...and just remember....there is MORE to this computing/networked "eCommerce" world than JUST PC's !!!! Mid-, High-end, and workstation systems support the industry!
