Ice, why stop at Niles? Gruntal comes out .09-.12 today. Paine Webber comes out w/ .07 earlier in the week. Niles comes out with .10 Monday.

The consensus going into the week is -0.01/0.00.

Suddenly right before earnings 3 analysts who have been remarkably bullish on the stock just happen to come suspiciously close on the estimate.

They certainly did remarkably better than I thought.

But what's really surprising is how they did it. Insane shipments/flat ASP's. IMHO, totally counterintuitive.

Would be very interesting to comb through the Gruntal, Paine Webber, and BBRS reports and see of there are any, shall we say, "counterintuitive" commonalities.

I love how they mentioned the shipments and production this time.
Why would bits shipped be less important last quarter? Because they went down last quarter?

Good trading,

Tom
