Hi RS: You have touched again on what constitutes for me a very sore point with respect to Bernie Schwartz. He just does not seem to ''get it'' when it comes to his DNC donations. About months ago, I saw him on the Neil Cavuto show arguing that it was part of ''his rights as a citizen.'' This would certainly the case if he was truly a private citizen. But because he serves as LOR's CEO, whatever he does as an individual citizen impacts both the company and its shareholders. Some minimum of discretion would be in order, but Bernie does not seem to get it. Last year's salary hikes represent only one more manifestation of his lack of sensitivity towards his shareholders. As a consequence, I anticipate that I will vote against both the Board of Directors nominations and the poison pill provisions. Best regards, Bernard Levy
