Tom, No, I agree with you totally about the other anals and think management should get whipped, or worse, also. It all started with the Dell/Niles deal where he stood alone so that is what I focused on, 'cause it caused me to short Dell. So, I haven't been harmed, actually helped, but it really is illegal and many have made out like bandits with the early word. But the SEC is a toothless, 98 year old, 80 pound woman. No ability to speak of. Really, plaintiff security lawyers (which I hate with a passion) are the only real solution.
