Steve,
I downloaded the iSpeed program and after opening it up I quickly become stuck. The problem is I have no "history" (whatever it means) and it requires me to test my access speed through some sort of ftp site. I have no clue what site to use since I don't do ftp for two years now. Anyway, I have no clue where to start. It's help file is not helping me much either. Do you need to be a PC wiz to be able to use this program?

My Ie5 download has been stuck at the "resume" state for many days and will try again this weekend.
