Earlie, one of my favorite red flags telling me a company is a short sell is when they file a suit against their critics. Squawking about and blaming short sellers for their woes is almost as good. It is my contention that good, solid companies rebut their critics with solid earnings and growth, not hyperbole and lawsuits. Barb
