For what it's worth, Undiscovered Stocks has been publishing for about 3 years, give or take. It was originally edited by Nancy Zambell. She had a pretty good track record over her tenure, averaging about a 50% return, I think. She left last year and Sherri Parker took over editing the newsletter. Parker dumped about half of Zambell's picks right off the bat. Currently, her record is not too sterling. Out of 12 recommended stocks, only two are in positive territory as of the March 19 issue. One of those, Empire District, is listed as a sell candidate. The other is listed as a hold. The rest of her picks are down anywhere from –3.7 to –65.2. These are all small to mid cap stocks so they are in an out of favor sector, and the whole point of the newsletter is to pick stocks no one knows about yet which can lead to some tough sledding until the market catches up (if it ever does). Still, there haven't been enough winners for me. I'm not going to be renewing my subscription and I certainly wouldn't invest in a company strictly because Sherri Parker recommends it.
