BANYAN ANNOUNCES SHAREHOLDER CONFERENCE CALL

Colorado Springs, Colorado -- March 24, 1999 -- Banyan Corporation
(OTC Bulletin Board -- BANY) cordially invites all shareholders,
financial analysts, stockbrokers, market makers and other interested
parties to participate in a telephone conference call to review recent
business and financial developments. The conference call will be
hosted by Cameron Yost, Banyan's President and Chief Executive
