March 23, the company filed Form S-8 with the commission The content is: giving 640,000 shares of common stock to consultant and advisor group in return of the Consultant expertise and advice to the company to promote the company and the stock "The Consulting Agreements are intended to provide a method whereby the Company may be stimulated by the personal involvement of the Consultants in the Company's future prosperity,thereby advancing the interests of the Company, and all of its shareholders." Hiring IR, Consultant, simply this means that the company see that there are a lot going on right now that can be used for promotion and advise. ususally companies don't hire advisory, consultant, or IR unless they see something going on for them. simply IR alone will not do any good unless there is some substance So, we are up now for 2 press release and big run Good luck to you all
