Selling 25,000 shares isn't the concern, the concern is that it represents 2/3rds of his shares. If the company is about to get a listing on Nasdaq, then why would he do this? By the way, I've said it once and I'll say it again, BII WILL NOT get a Nasdaq National Market listing. If you can make money with this thing, why not -- have fun. It's definitely a good little play for traders in the short-term, but in the long run this company will crash and burn. I am as convinced of that, as I was convinced that Bre-X was a scam long before it became obvious. Good luck.
