Yes, I caught that too, I also signed up on Sleuth. I tried looking in a bunch of different places for any kind of information on the suit but no luck. I'd venture to say by looking at the suit plaintiffs that this is stemming from the first contract that they had to install their ballasts. Not a great start for this company. I'm thinking about writing off to the President to see if I can get any information out of them at all, maybe get him to post something on the SLSI thread but being that they're not in the best position at the moment I doubt that any info will be forth coming. What's your take on all of this? Geoff
