Yes DELL does, and no they can't say what ever they want, the sec and lawsuits would follow, if they led investors the wrong way. I have seem some companies get away with it though but DELL's management would never lie. If DELL doesn't do as well as they say they are going to do, I for one never believe them again and sell my shares promptly. Greg
