I know a little on TMSR. They apparently leak press releases pretty well in advance. I've heard the leaks/rumors several times in the last month. All have proven to be accurate down to the day of the release. When the news hits, the stock hardly budges since everyone has already heard it. Real companies usually have a handle on the "accidental" leaks. I agree as to TMSR being a good short candidate. I think they are trying pretty hard to move the stock.
