RTev: The facts of no harm to the consumer are on the side of MSFT. The facts of no harm to competitors, especially those who incited the DOJ, are on the side of MSFT as the AOL NSCP merger testifies to this. This is a lot of courtroom histrionics trumped up to be a case. The facts on paper will survive the the theatrics in court . Jackson, like DOJ, is praying for a settlement.
