MXNT >>> Management had told me that they have "Enough" funds

I was told by MXNT official that they have sufficient funds to go forward and was told that funding may not be a problem if needed to get more.
They have put great work together and looks like its sites are still in somewhat early stages of construction. Once they finish all their preliminary work with final touch up we may see MXNT in double digits.

With the work so far done I am sure some company would eye them to buy in early stages. Why not buy it today at kind of throw away price than to buy it later at a huge price tag. Remember GNET was just $7 couple years ago and today it is at almost $300(pre split). If Paul Allen had decided to buy GNET at that time then he could have bought it entirely for less than 10% of what he is going to pay now to get just half of its controlling stake.

MXNT will have its days.

Just my views.
