Zeus: Give me a damn break. EVERYTHING has to be negative. The "thing" is to enhance shareholder value and to help squeeze the short position. How will it smooth over rough spots in form 10? You will not see any surprises in form 10 by all reports. We will learn about how Colin and us shareholders got screwed by people who had this company set up as a shorting stool pigeon. Negativity is not by itself a sign of great intellect in investing. How about lightening up an taking a positive view like "I'm sure glad the form 10 is coming out as they said it would." tom
