Thomas: The company simply doesn't qualify for listing on the Nasdaq National Market as per the new listing requirements that took effect last August. A company has to have a pre-tax profit of at least $1 million (US dollars of course) in its latest fiscal year, or $1 million pre-tax profit in two of the last three years. BII doesn't cut it on that score, and these rules are not flexible as I have been assured by a Nasdaq official.
