Hio: Do you recall if this is the same NY law firm from the other day?

Reading the news item, I find their e-mail address really telling. Without gracing them by repeating their node, "endfraud@" is not exactly the kind of userid that makes me think of a prestigious, respectable firm. When I see a userid like this for a law firm, I think, "Internet equivalent of lawyers who advertise on TV looking for medical malpractice and personal injury cases."
