Good point! Primakov's mid-Atlantic U-turn may have been a statement that they want those IMF and US loans and they want them NOW. ( Maybe they would prefer to set up a direct deposit to their Swiss bank accounts. ) This could get messy - or it could get solved fairly soon. The loans could be protection money to keep their help to the Serbs from being deployed. But why should this affect GNET? Sideliner
