I was able to read the prospectus for CPTH by going to the SEC web site, www.sec.gov. I also tried downloading a prospectus and didn't get as far as you so I'll just check out the IPO's at the www.schwab-ipos.com web site and then go to the SEC site to read it. Steve PS you have to be a Schwab Gold customer in order to access this site!
