Why all the promotion now? It looks like the company is trying to sell another share offering soon but I don't know why if you just had one close in Feb 99. I didn't even know you guys existed until yesterday. Now there are a half dozen threads and all this info/hype. If this is the beginning of the dog and pony show can you help me understand who management are? Running a successful company is totally dependant on strong management. Who are the other key players and how long have they been with Raytec? Do they have any previous corporate experience running a public company, what was it, and what was the outcome? Are there any bones in the closet which shareholders should be aware of like charges of insider trading, misappropriation of funds, undisclosed backroom loans to friends and families with corporate funds, criminal records, or undiscriminating decisions in their public or private life we should know about. I am not asking about their sex life, but you know, drunk driving or harassment charges etc. I won't invest unless I know management have clean records with their previous work experience and with other business entities including Rev. Can. What do you know about this? Ray
